By booking or receiving services from Midnight Auto Styling, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

 Service Area & Appointments

• Midnight Auto Styling is a mobile, appointment-based service operating in and around Jackson, MS.

• Appointments are scheduled in advance and subject to availability.

• Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior job delays.

 Pricing & Payments

• All pricing listed is starting price and may vary based on:

  • Vehicle type

  • Film type

  • Complexity of installation

  • Condition of vehicle

• Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.

• Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

 Deposit Policy

• A deposit is required for all vinyl wrap services.

• Deposit amount:

  • 50% of total estimated cost

• Deposits:

  • Secure your appointment

  • Cover material ordering and scheduling

  • Are non-refundable

• One (1) reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours notice

• Failure to show or late cancellation results in forfeiture of deposit

 Window Tint Legal Disclaimer & Responsibility Notice

Midnight Auto Styling is not responsible for any citations, tickets, or legal issues related to window tint darkness.

By choosing tint services, the customer:

• Acknowledges awareness of local and state tint laws

• Accepts full responsibility for tint compliance

• Understands that no refunds will be given for illegal tint

• Releases Midnight Auto Styling from liability related to enforcement or citations

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify legal tint limits.

Midnight Auto Styling installs window tint at the customer’s request.

The customer acknowledges that tint laws vary by state and municipality.

By proceeding with installation, the customer agrees:

• They are responsible for selecting their desired tint level

• Midnight Auto Styling is not liable for tickets, citations, or vehicle inspections

• No refunds or removals will be provided due to legal enforcement

• The customer releases Midnight Auto Styling from all legal responsibility related to tint compliance

 Vinyl Wrap Disclaimer

• Vinyl wraps are cosmetic and may show normal wear over time

• Lifespan depends on:

  • Exposure to sun & weather

  • Washing habits

  • Vehicle storage

• Midnight Auto Styling is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing paint damage

  • Paint failure during wrap removal

  • Damage caused by previous bodywork or repainting

Full wraps are quoted in person only.

 Weather & Environmental Conditions

• Certain services may be rescheduled due to:

  • Rain

  • Extreme temperatures

  • Unsafe working conditions

• Quality and longevity of work may be affected by weather conditions outside of our control.

 Vehicle Condition

Customer agrees:

• Vehicle is clean and free of excessive dirt or debris

• Any pre-existing damage has been disclosed

• Midnight Auto Styling is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing scratches

  • Peeling clear coat

  • Defective window seals or trim

 Refund Policy

• No refunds once service has begun

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Legal issues related to tint

  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference

 Media Use

Midnight Auto Styling reserves the right to photograph or video completed work for:

• Portfolio use

• Social media

• Marketing purposes

(Plates and personal details will never be shared.)

 Communication

• Customers agree to be contacted via:

  • Phone

  • Text

  • Email
    for scheduling and service updates.
